About Us

AL-SAMIR Plastic Factory was established in 1997 as manufacturers of a range of plastics products to international standards. The Factories are ideally positioned to supply the Middle East, Far East, Asian and East African Markets. The Policy today is to produce internationally accepted goods at a realistic price. A progressive development programme is constantly adding many new lines to original range, in order to maintain its leading position in the area. AL-SAMIR has a back-up team of highly experienced personnel.

Our Products

Cable Cover Tile

can protect underground cables from various damages. It is a strong piece of material. It is used as an indicator for people who work with underground cables, and it makes it easier to identify & locate cables’ position for repair and maintenance.

Underground Warning Tapes (Undetectable)

Non-detectable aboveground and / or underground warning tapes for construction areas and other manufacturing facilities to prevent accidents by increasing visibility of hazards.

Grass Edging

Our cross - lock connector is truly one of a kind . It solves a common unsightly problem , gapping where two lengths of edging come together . Our unique cross lock connector fits securely into the round bead of our edgings and allows for a seamless joint .

Cable & Pipeline Protection Mech

is an extruded plastic HDPE mesh for the protection of cables and pipes underground and can be used alongside underground warning tapes. Cable & pipe protection mesh is a 0.12″ thick (3mm) extruded plastic mesh which offers high strength and is available on 164ft rolls (50 metres).

Salt Barrier

geocomposite is designed specifically as a drainage void layer installed to protect imported clean soils from the rise of saline ground water through capillary action. In deserts and arid regions, the groundwater is often saline and the water table can be relatively close to the surface.

Underground Warning Tape (Detectable)

used in construction zones for alerting excavation crews about hazards, underground cables, as well as provides easy buried pipeline detection and other types of warnings through printed messages on a roll. Detectable plastic tapes stand resistant to alkalies, acids, corrosion, and other soil components.

Root Barriers

Root barriers are a defense system that helps stop roots from growing under a home's foundation. Our Biobarrier System is a specially-designed geotextile fabric that helps embed into the tree's root, helping with new cell division to stop the root from growing.

HDPE Geomembrane

Geomembranes are giant impermeable membranes made of (un)reinforced polymeric materials and used to stabilize earth and to secure landfills ensuring containment of hazardous or municipal wastes and their leachates.

T-lock & V stud

StudLiner®, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) embedment liner, is the number one choice for concrete protection. Each square meter contains over 1,200 studs, creating a product with exceptional pull-out strength and high resistance to mechanical, chemical, and environmental threats.

Detectable Underground Mesh

Al Samir Geosynthetics offers both biaxial and uniaxial geogrids manufactured from polypropylene and PVC coated polyester yarns. Our uniaxial geogrids are available in a wide range of tensile strengths and suitable for applications that require strength in one direction,
